NSIC Venture Capital Fund Limited (NVCFL) along with SBICAP Ventures had organised SRI Fund’s Outreach event & First Anniversary of SRI Fund at Bengaluru on November 4, 2022. Chairman NVCFL Shri. Sh. Saravana Kumar, Director & CEO (NVCFL) had made a detailed presentation on SRI Fund as an alternative funding for the MSME units that is based in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

Sh. Saravana Kumar, Director & CEO (NVCFL) welcomed the Chief Guest and MSMEs . He also made a presentation on the SRI Fund , explaining its benefits to the MSMEs. Additional Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Amit Mohan Prasad.IAS. was the Chief Guest for this program. About 22 empanelled daughter funds (Venture Capital Funds) attended this program to educate the MSMEs about Venture Capital Industry and the role of SRI fund. There were approx.. more than 125 representatives from the MSME industry . Director (Planning & Marketing) NSIC, Director (Finance) NSIC and other dignitaries from Central and State Government also graced the occasion. SBICAPS Ventures Ltd. - the investment manager of SRI Fund also attended the program . MoMSME is consistently working to empower MSMEs for sustainable growth and to become compatible in the global value chain. This program helped the MSMEs in Uttar Pradesh to interact with the Venture Capital Funds (daughter funds) and reap the benefits through capital infusion in scaling up their business.
